If you buy and we receive an item that cannot be legally or safely shipped, upon learning, we will notify you that we have received such thing and that we will not be able to send it to you.
It is then your responsibility to decide what you want to do. You may:
- arrange a return to the merchant, or
- instruct us to ship the item to another U.S. delivery address, or
- advise us to dispose of the product.
