Why is my payment not showing on my account?

Although most payments are being post within minutes, there may be a delay for reasons described below. Most likely because of the delay in processing your Card. Please, allow up to few hours for your payment to appear on your Shipping Storm account. If the next day your payment is still not showing on your account, please submit a support ticket with the following information.

If you paid by Credit Card - Please provide us with the first six and last four digits of the Card used. For your safety, never send full Credit Card number.
