What happens if I forgot to fill in my Suite number when ordering with my U.S. address?


If we receive a package without a Suite number, first we try to assign the shipment to the right account using your name. If you know that the package has been delivered to Shipping Storm warehouse, but you cannot see it processed in your account after two days after the delivery, contact us, and we will conduct an investigation. You will be asked to provide us the tracking number and any other additional information about your package to help us with our research. There might be additional fees incurred if your package arrives without the proper address, including your suite number.
